Flat sausages (pack of 2) approx. 270g

Rare breed, pastured pork flat sausages approximately 135 g each.  These contain salt, pepper, nutmeg and herbs from our garden.
 
Our rare breed Large Black, Oxford Sandy and Black and Iron Age pigs thrive on a natural diet of wild greenery and roots, fallen crab apples, hazelnuts and acorns and minerals from the soil. They happily eat our heritage organic bran, a by product of our flour milling and organic pulses grown on the farm. They are never fed any soya or cereal concentrate. As a result the meat is high in omega 3 fatty acids and dark, rich and tasty, like old fashioned pork used to be
