A nutrient-dense flour, full of flavour, milled from own diverse, organic population of Welsh, English and French Heritage wheats. These tall, deep-rooting plants are grown alongside beans, clovers & herbs creating a healthier, more natural ecosystem within our fields.

 

Some people find flour from heritage wheats can be easier to digest than modern wheats. 

 

Ideal for making delicious bread, and to use instead of bland modern flours to transform the taste of biscuits, cakes, pies and quiches.

 

Less experienced home bread makers may prefer our Ergyng Bread Blend which is blended with our Organic Mariagetoba flour. Mariagetoba is a blend of more modern wheats.
