Box contains: 4 rump steaks, 4 chops, belly (1.14kg), rolled leg (1.9kg), 4 herbed flat sausages.
Our rare breed Large Black, Oxford Sandy and Black and Iron Age pigs thrive on a natural diet of wild greenery and roots, fallen crab apples, hazelnuts and acorns and minerals from the soil. They happily eat our heritage organic bran, a by product of our flour milling and organic pulses grown on the farm. They are never fed any soya or cereal concentrate. As a result the meat is high in omega 3 fatty acids and dark, rich and tasty, like old fashioned pork used to be.
