Made with our Organic Ergyng wheat by Fresh Flour in Devon. The result is a light, coloured pasta with subtle flavours. Best with lighter sauces, so that you can taste the full flavour of the pasta. At the same time, it’s great with creamy, or mushroom sauces which get captured and caressed by the ‘little queen’ folds! Our Reginette only needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm.
