Wood-pastured fed White Park beef boxes

Wood-pasture fed, rare breed, White Park beef box - freshly frozen. Approx 8kg. A mixed nose to tail box typically including: roasting and braising joints, steaks, 100% beef burgers, our home made double crust beef pies - made with our own organic flour pastry, mince, diced stewing beef/braising cuts.
White Park cattle are an ancient breed that thrive purely on natural forage. Browsing tree leaves and grazing wild grasses and herbs keeps them healthy and happy. They are never fed any concentrate cereal.
They were the last wild cattle of our forests. Allowed to live a natural outdoor life, they produce excellent marbled beef that’s a deep, rich red colour, high in healthy omega 3 fatty acids and a flavour with an exciting wild edge.
